We took our geometric shapes outside to draw their shadows. It was really cool to build the shapes on top of each other and see the colors mix to make different colors reflected on the paper. We also filled a few of the shapes with water 💦 to see what would happen. This is a great activity for learning the names of 3D shapes, stacking and balancing different shapes and sizes, as well as learning the names of colors and mixing of colors.
