This is a wonderful activity for kids and adults to fill in with positive affirmations and recite daily. A fun, yet powerful activity for the mind.  Use the suggested positive wordlist to copy/cut & paste on to the Rainbow “I am” page.  Also included is a rainbow coloring page with a quote and a blank rainbow page to color in.
