This week we reviewed life cycles for butterflies and frogs. We read Dr. Seuss’ My-Oh-My A Butterfly! as well as Pete The Cat And The Cool Caterpillar . We then used this free printable from Safari Ltd.’s website- Life Cycle Of A Butterfly for a cut and paste activity for my 5 year old.

I also created an invitation to play and learn with playdoh using our Life Cycle of a Monarch Butterfly set from Safari Ltd. For the leaf cutouts (as well as a bunch of other cutouts like butterflies, snowflakes, stars…) I used this decorating set.
