Today’s prompt for #1newplayaday on Instagram is Patterns!
I brought out our tangram jigsaw puzzle 🧩 (a.k.a. Tetris for those of us who used to play this game on a superannuated computer 👩💻 😜). This game is so fun and really addicting! There is always a new solution and if you can’t solve it the first time, just rearrange a few pieces. Check out my video to see me completing it! I created several patterns for my boys to complete- AB, ABC, ABCD, and even a few logic puzzles. Although kids may already know simple patterns, it’s great practice and builds confidence!
